well after noticing iv gained some size and lbs i have decided enough is enough!:banghead: so i weighed myself a few mins ago, after coming home from wal-mart and shopping for this new diet. im tippin the scales at 225lbs! some may not think its much but to me its a ton! iv always wanted to be a smaller framed guy and after watchin Dave i have realized its possible! btw congrats Dave, im glad to see someone stand by something they wanted like you have, its honestly an inspiration!:cheers:
ok, so my plan is to cut back caleries hardcore! i eat 2-3cans of pasta at a time (4-6 servings) which has 200 cals/ serving! i prob drink a 2ltr or more of soda per day, and all i do is eat eat eat :crazy:
from what i understand 1200cals is all the body human body has to have to survive so i plan to attempt a 2000cal/day diet, eating only 3 meals/day, and cutting back to single servings, no candy, and diet sodas if any!

Good luck bud, keep us posted. Post in other people's threads for motivation and to gather knowledge. The key to losing weight is knowledge; and I have accumulated quite a bit just by reading up and posting in this forum. Used to, the showroom or chat was my most visited forum, but now the Gym is! :cheers:

once you learn your body and what it needs to cut its easy after that....a few more pounds and ill have lost 50 total since october.....ive been up since about 930 ive had 1 100 cal granola bar and a ton of water so far....just drink water and lots and lots of it.....

From 9:30 to 4:38 with one Granola Bar & lots of water and you're not hungry? See thats crazy, I couldn't do anything like that and not pass out at work.

lipo 6 blocks your appetite that well...i couldnt do it without them...ive not ate anything yet....today...
you dont have to get as crazy as me to lose weight....just start out cutting a few cals a day and if you dont go to a gym...go for a walk or a hike a few times a week...or if your not afraid of fat burners lipo 6 is the shit....
