While the Stang is in the shop and Ive got the money, I figure Id pile up some parts to throw on it when it gets back. I cant believe Ive had the car almost 7 years now and not upgraded them yet. They should help out a bit. Now I just need to find me a Cobra rear swaybar and Ill be set.

I've got the same ones. Good purchase IMO. I love my UPR's.
As for the Cobra sway bar, I think the Eibach and a few other ones are all identical.

Yeah Nut said you have the same ones. I just like the fact theyre chromoly yet still have polyurethane bushings in them. The car makes enough noise as it is w/o spherical bushings. Ive looked at the Eibach and the Steeda sway bar, I was just trying to find a used Cobra one to save some money. If I cant, Ill look to get one of those.

yeah man they're nice. Only bad thing I've had happen with mine is one of the bushings on an upper control arm exploded when that curb attacked me last year. So, I'm back on stock uppers now, haha.

Thats a smart move, haha. I avoid them at all costs now. Cost me an axle, a 99GT wheel, and a rotor last time! :banghead:

Those are pricey. Pricey but very nice. I just couldnt see me needing the adjustable ones though. Ride height on the rear is fine, its the ride height in front that I need to adjust.:p

The Eibach swaybar set is nice and im about to get one. I like them and they come with new bushings/endlinks for the front which is good. The best price i have seen is tirerack believe it or not. Kind of shocked me. It must be suspension month for mustangs, i just got H&R Super Sports, KYB AGX's, poly isolators, rack bushings, and strut mounts haha.

My front suspension Im fine with. Running 90/10 struts with tubular k member and trimmed eibach drag launch springs with no swaybar. I just need a rear swaybar to keep the ass end level when it launches. It tends to lean to the right without one.

Wassup mike give the guys at mustang performance (865-484-1962) a call. they may or may not have what you are looking for but its worth a shot. They are a mustang salvage yard located in New Market, TN They can ship it or they are located just off the last exit before the sevierville exit on 40

It would nice to have that kind of power hahaha. They MM rear sway bar is a nice piece from what i can see, and its adjustable so you could tune it for a straight launch.

When I said it leans, I meant just a little bit. Probably due to the old ass springs I have in back right now not because of power. We all know 4.6Ls just dont make power.
I'll check that MM one out but Im really just looking for something to bolt in and just forget about it.

If you guys need Max. Motorsports parts, i'd highly suggest www.artsperformanceparts.com or www.stangsuspension.com I haven't found any other place even close to them. I've done business with both, and they're pretty top notch.
As for the MM adj. swaybar, I couldn't be happier with mine. Of course, I use my car for a different purpose than it seems the majority in this thread do.
I use the 3/4 solid bar and have it on the stiffest setting. Helps even the car out with the bigger rear tires.

We just put MM's adj lowers and MM's adj rear sway bar on FENDE's Stang (nightwings old car). They make some good stuff.

You pay tax on that local stuff, don't you? You can also get stuff from AmericanMuscle.com and enter the "CORRAL" coupon code for 7% off plus the free shipping.
I saved about 45$ ordering a torque arm doing that.

Did you get the Steeda adj. swaybar? If so, watch for spare tire wll clearance. Mine put a big fist sized dent in my tire tub. Not that I care, but some people are anal about that stuff.

Update: Swaybar was ordered last week, and should be in today. Oh and the leather on my front seats is cracking bad now so I ordered a set of these today.
New Seats (http://www.hunsakersports.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=194)
Some shots of what they look like in a Stang. Theyre comparable in dimensions to a Corbeau CR1 seat but a lot better on price.

Lemme know how those seats "feel". I'm about ready to ditch my Corbeau's. Are you gonna make your own brackets, use theirs or what?

Update: Lower control arms are in, and so is the swaybar. Im putting the upper control arms in Saturday. I was charged for the seats a couple weeks ago but still no tracking number or response to emails. Im going to contact my credit card company and get my money back. I did get my tranny cooler in yesterday. This thing is a monster!

Ive decided man just to try this new one out and bypass the stock one with some flexible line at first and if all else fails upgrade to the larger diameter hard line.

Eh it will never be done. Right now Im just trying to fix little things that have surfaced from the car sitting for almost 6 months. Once the suspension is complete and the cooler is in Ill take it to the track to see how much I didnt gain from the stall. My luck it will be slower. Looking back now, I shouldve just paid the extra money for the Corbeau's because they wouldve been here already and in the car by now.
